 2. Review the OPM on use of Caution Tags. Tier 1 inspections have noted some cases where manila tags were used for this purpose instead of the Caution tags.

 3. Cooling tower #4 near B912A is being significantly damaged by today's wind. The area has been roped off to keep staff away from the area since pieces blowing off the tower could cause injury.
