Attendance is by invitation only,
in order for the discussion groups to be small, open, and direct.

Transportation
The recommended way to reach the resort is the
Sea-Jet from Orient Point,
where you can leave your car parked.
Attendees will have to be at Orient Point no
later than 7:30 am to make sure they make
the departing 8:00 am Sea-Jet Ferry.
There will be a coach bus at New London to take
us to the Two Trees Inn (arrive at 9:30 am).
Luggage storage is provided at the Business
Center. (Check-in is at 3:00PM)
The cost of a same day round trip (July 16th)
is $29.50 and if your staying overnight the
round trip fare is $37.00
The Sea-Jet return hours in the evening are
5pm, 7pm, and the last is 9pm (7/16 & 7/17)
Alternatively, take
the car on the ferry at Orient to New London (Parking at Foxwoods is free).
Expenses
All room charges will be covered
by a binding contract between Brookhaven National Laboratory and Foxwoods

Dinners are not covered.
