Afternoon Hours – Panel Sessions Followed by Breakout Sessions (Tuesday & Wednesday - 1:00 pm - 4:45 pm)

During the Panel Sessions, representatives from DOE Office of Science accelerator facilities will discuss their experience and then open the floor for discussion.

Day 1 & 2 Panel Sessions

These sessions follow the morning’s Topical Presentations. Panel Sessions will start during lunch. Panel Session topics are:

· What is the Appropriate Role of the Accelerator Safety Order? - Panel Leader: Dave Freeman (ORNL)

· Panel to consist of representatives from accelerator facilities ( Dave Freeman, Jim Floyd, Ed Lessard)

Day 1 & 2 Breakout Sessions

Facilitated afternoon Breakout Sessions will allow participants to discuss specific topics with the intent of sharing information and identifying recommendations for guidance or clarification to the workshop members.
